The Battery Dr. is so sure that you will be satisfied with their product that they will buy back any power tool battery they have rebuilt in the last thirty (30) days.

Limitations: This guarantee does not cover any battery pack which:

1) repairs have been made by or attempted by any one other then the Battery Dr.;

2) shows signs of abuse;

3) shows signs of misuse;

4) shows signs of improper maintenance;

5) Batteries that have been modified; or batteries used with improper accessories.

Should you decide to return your rebuilt battery to be purchased by the Battery Dr., send the battery pack freight prepaid and insured.

If inspection shows no signs of abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, and or modification or tampering, the Battery Dr. will purchase your battery pack. The Battery Dr. will send a payment made to the financially responsible party in a prompt and timely manner by method of the Battery Dr.'s choice.

Payment will only be for the amount of the purchase. Payment will not include any shipping or handling fees.

At this time the Battery Dr. does not charge for shipping, however there is a handling fee, which at this time is only applied to Residents of the Salt Lake City area who take part in our On Site Customer Service Program
